1. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We provide free local delivery from all of our locations in El Cajon and Chula Vista. Our drivers will bring your prescriptions right to your door, saving you time and stress.
2. What types of insurance do you accept?
We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. If your plan doesn’t cover a medication, we’ll let you know and can accept cash, check, or card as payment.
3. Can you help me manage multiple medications?
Absolutely. We offer blister and strip packaging to simplify medication schedules. Our pharmacists also provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM) reviews to check for interactions and optimize your therapy.
4. Do you provide vaccinations?
Yes. We provide a wide range of immunizations, including flu, shingles, pneumonia, and COVID-19. Walk in or request an appointment — our certified pharmacists will take care of you.
5. How do I transfer my prescriptions to Family Pharmacy?
It’s easy. Just call us and give your consent. We’ll contact your current pharmacy, transfer your prescriptions, and set up your refills and delivery.
6. Can you help with Medicare plans?
Yes. Our Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist offers one-on-one Medicare Part D consultations to help you find the plan that best fits your needs and budget.
7. What languages do you speak?
Our staff serves patients in English, Spanish, and Arabic, ensuring clear communication and personalized care.
8. Do you take back unused medications?
Yes. We provide a safe medication disposal program. Bring in any expired or unused prescriptions, and we’ll dispose of them securely.
